Our Cancellations and booking Policy
All bookings are subject to a 100% fee, therefore any booking made and paid for will not be refunded. If you cannot attend your appointment we cannot offer you a refund or a change the time, with the exception of full priced treatments, if you paid £45 per hour for your treatment and you contact us 48 ours before the treatment we can reschedule. All other cancelations or will result in the loss or your treatment without refund.
The discount blocks. All dates need to be set before starting the first date of the discount block, once set they cannot be changed for any reason by the customer. If we need to change the appointment time we will schedule a time that suits you.
We can only offer such reasonable prices with a strict terms and conditions policy – Sorry about that.
Under exceptional circumstances of close family death, extreme life threatening sickness or major accidents resulting in serious injuries we are likely to make an exception to our policy at our discretion.
We do not store any financial information for our clients, customers, students or patients. Any card details that you give us will be destroyed immediately after use.
We store our customers contact information within a security coded data base, we never give out this out to anyone, ever, under any circumstance without full permission from you.
We send out information relating to our activities to everyone in our data base via email, post, text and phone calls. At anytime you may request to be removed from our data base. If you notice we have the wrong information stored for you please contact us so we can put this right.
