Our Cancellations Policy

All bookings are subject to a 100% fee, therefore any booking made and paid for will not?｣どｨどｨbe refunded. At our discretion we may only refund under particular circumstances.

However bookings may be re arranged as long as prior notice is given. We ask for?｣どｨどｨ24 hours' notice for treatments and 1 week's notice?｣どｨどｨfor retreats, Temascals, yurt and room bookings.

?｣どｨどｨWe do not store any financial information?｣どｨどｨfor our clients, customers, students or patients. Any card details that you give us will be destroyed immediately after use.

We store out customers contact information within a security coded data base, we never give out this out to anyone, ever, under any circumstance without full permission from you.

We send out information relating to our activities to everyone in our data base via email, post, text?｣どｨどｨand phone calls.

At anytime you may request to be removed form our data base.
